Concierge Practice

An ongoing clinical relationship, built around you

Concierge Practice is a single annual fee that covers your comprehensive initial evaluation and a full year of ongoing psychiatric care: monthly visits, unlimited direct messaging, and testing woven into your treatment as we go along.

  • Thorough initial evaluation, delivered across two 60 minute sessions
  • Full psychiatric and developmental history
  • Extensive review of prior records, prior treatments and medication trials
  • A personalized, data-driven report and treatment plan

All year, ongoing

  • One visit each month, included
  • Unlimited, direct messaging between visits
  • Prescriptions and refills managed
  • Ongoing testing available at cost and incorporated into your treatment plan
  • Letters, school and workplace documentation as needed
  • Recommendations shared directly with your other providers on request

This is a private-pay practice. No insurance is billed, which is what makes the visit lengths and access above possible. A superbill is provided on request for out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA and FSA funds are generally eligible. Monthly visits do not roll over.

Any laboratory testing beyond your initial panel is billed at cost through our laboratory partners and is not included in the annual fee. Interpretation and follow-up on those results is included in Concierge Practice.
